Have you seen this recipe before? Then it’s because I have made the exact same post before, but on danish. I thought it be a good idea to post it on english too so more of you could try this recipe out. Beacuse it is just that good.
500 – 600g. potatos
2 – 3 tsp. dried or fresh dill (After taste)
A tiny bit og lemon juice
1 – 1,5 tsp. salt
1 small finely chopped onion
1 can of creme fraiche or 500 ml 6% – 9%
What to do?
Boil the potatos and let them cool. Put the creme fraiche, salt, dill and onions in a bowl and mix together. Peal and cut the potatos in bite size pieces, and put the potatoes in the dressing
This potato salad is a must to our BBQs.
